Thank you for shopping with Herbalchemy. We take great pride in hand-crafting our creams and soaps and want you to be delighted with your purchase. This policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with Irish and EU consumer law.
Legal Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:

is faulty, damaged, or not as described, or

does not perform as reasonably expected.
If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Change of Mind (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Because your order was placed online, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.
To use this right:

Email us at info.herbalchemy@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, and
-
Return the goods within another 14 days, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Once we receive the return, we’ll refund the item cost and the original standard shipping fee within 14 days.
You are responsible for the return postage, unless the item was faulty.
Exemptions
Please note that some items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

Opened or used creams, soaps, or other skincare products

Custom-made or personalized items

Perishable goods

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at info.herbalchemy@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number, and

A photo and description of the issue.
We’ll offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation and your preference.
